Woah, this looks like the best "covid/coronavirus gimmick" wad I've seen yet! Love that Doomguy has a breathing mask on and the Covid-Caco sprites are awesome.

I love how that nailgun is just Strife's grenade launcher with nail projectiles. Also, the bloodless status bar faces with the mask look nice. Don't remember where the bloodless faces come from though.

I love how unintentionally creepy the cacovid sprites are, like I can see the original cacodemon in there but it is wrong and unnatural and my brain says I should be worried.
