Invisible/unshootable monsters.

I've been working on something all day to make an "insane" difficulty for my mod. I've tried it out and most of it works fine. But I have a few issues here that I need help fixing.

 

1. Some monsters randomly spawn into the map.

 

2. A few are invisible yet they can still kill me.

 

3. A couple of them appear but but I can't shoot at them. No matter how many bullets I shoot at them, the bullets just seem to go straight through them.

 

Anyone any ideas why this is and how to fix them all?

When you say ghost monsters, have you tried damaging them with splash damage instead of directly attacking?

Tried everything. Removed them from the wad.
