Or did I? Anyway, the Blue Shift target range is just your everyday target range: Some shooting booths and some targets at the end wall of a larger room. But I was thinking of a smaller labyrinth with narrow, gloomy hallways (later on when the shit hits the fan lights won't be working properly so this place will get really eerie - especially with growls and howls from demons) where you walk around and suddenly tatgets appear down hallway *bang* *bang* *bang*, theres an obstruction you need to pass - jump over it and duck under that wall behind it - a target is waiting on the other side *bang*, etc. Hmmm, This kinda reminds me of the training levels British SAS or Delta Force Operatives go through in Counter Terrorist/Hostage Rescue shooting courses. It's called CQB(Close Quarter Battle) They run up and down multilayered tight quartered shooting houses(Called "House of Horrors")practicing "Room Clearing" techniques. Since D3 is going to take place in tight quartered areas such as Mars/Phobos spacestations I was hoping id would study the Rainbow Six/Rouge Spear series and have the Doom marine adopt the correct "Battle Postures" of the operatives in there, like how he moves, hold/fire his weapons ,change clips and etc, etc.... What you described also remind me of RainbowSix's basic training coarse. I wouldn't mind seeing something like that in D3 at all. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

Yep, "the House of Horrors" was exactly what I meant :-) 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
