Marine's Best Pal - A Subtle Enhancement to the Vanilla Palette

I've never particularly liked how a lot of custom palettes handle the blue range so I decided to solve this problem once and for all.

 

In addition to the enhanced blue range, the yellows are very slightly toned down and some subtle barely-perceptible spiciness has been added to the orange, gray and red ranges along with possibly a couple other things I'm forgetting at the moment.
