Zandronum server hosting service?

I was wondering if there are any free Zandronum hosting services other than TSPG?

 

TSPG is now forcing their servers to run with Zandronum 3.1 instead of 3.0. 3.1 has some issues including crashing on my friend's computer (among other things) while 3.0 works fine so I'd rather have servers running 3.0.

 

I've been running vanilla gameplay servers with custom WADs and I would like to not disclude potential players due to having to use a beta build of Zandronum.

You can always invest in a VPS and run your own server. Only downside is that it will require some effort and learning on your part.

If you raise this issue with the Zand devs at their forums and maybe send them a crash report, I'm sure they can at the very least offer some advice in getting it to run. It may also help them remove bugs from the code.

The same thing happened to me when me an my friends were playing futur war invasion on the server I hated the experience but we still had fun

 

I think they should fix it I agree with you I like 3.0 more

I saw a post yesterday about this and you should be able to host 3.0 now. It defaults to the 3.1 build but due to the issues people have been having 3.0 is allowed again.
