Lua and C++ are programming languages. There are plenty of guides and tutorials on the Internet.

 

There are no wiki links for Lua and GZDoom because GZDoom does not use, feature, or support Lua. But there's this outside of GZDoom. As for the wiki link for C++ and GZDoom, there's that. Note that while GZDoom is programmed in C++, it does not feature it as a modding language.
