Doom 3 BFG Edition Scrapped content

Can anyone tell me everything that got Scrapped in the BFG Edition ,but was in the original?

 

I know the whole environmental suit In The toxic segment got scrapped from Roe and the original flashlight was replaced 

 

Is there anything else besides that?

Maledict doesn't spawn in Forgotten Ones during his boss fight.

 

Resurrection of Evil arcade games all got replaced with Super Turbo Turkey Puncher 3.

 

Apparently some encounters got cut as well (like an attack by hellish Bony Zombies in Doom 3's Hell) but I haven't played in a while to confirm this one.
