Is there a difference between a "missile" and a "rocket"?

BTW, realisim sucks, and, it doesn't belong in any DOOM game. Its surrealisim made it what is still is today. You want realisim, make a mod when it comes out.

A rocket could be just about any size...with a few exceptions (dunno if a one millimeter long "rocket" could be regarded as a rocket) - what matters is the way it works.

Get over it. Doom 3 is going to be pretty realistic. No point in having the most advanced graphics engine to date if you're just going to make Mappyland with it. Go play some cel-shaded game if you want surrealism, like Jet Grind Radio.

In any event, there is a difference between a missle and a rocket. Missles generally are more agile, because they are usually guided. Rockets are almost always dumb-fire.
