What's the most realistic and atmospheric/moody/creepy lighting settings you've managed in Ultimate Doom/Doom 2 with mods?

Had to mention mods specifically since I don't expect there to be a lot of options for tweaking lighting too much without mods.

 

Also asking since vanilla 'headlamps' are a bit funny to me.

You can quickly cook up some atmosphere with Ultimate Doom Visor's features if you don't mind using it. I'll suggest something more later.

Please do. I wasn't any good with UDV. There is the lag with it, though. I'm sure some would mind that in some cases.
