Any significant changes to Bethesda console DOOM?

Are there any huge changes made to the new DOOM games? And I mean big! I know that it says it's 60 FPS, but I was thinking more about enemy placement or whatever. this also goes for the add-ons to the game. I have this weird feeling that it is not John Romero's head behind the Icon of Sin, but that's just a theory, not a fact. I'll start off. 

  • In Double Impact, on map 8, there is a BFG that was not in the original release.

This page lists all the main differences in the new port. I'm not familiar with the original version of the add-ons (like Double Impact), but I believe there aren't any major changes to the main campaigns. Not related to enemy placements, but Nightmare was nerfed to its BFG Edition equivalent: enemies don't have fast movement/projectiles.

There are some differences but nothing too major, apart from Nightmare still being borked but sponge said he's working on it. Censorship still kinda is there, but it is more cleverly done this time around than BFG edition. Also medkits have a green cross now.
