Btsx ep1 available console

Just noticed it on addons in PS4 version of doom 2. Rather happy as it’s one of my most favourite wads to play.

This was the best officially released WAD I played so far. Completely new and often awesome music sure helps as does lots of new textures. The levels themselves were big, varied and fun to explore. I really hope for more Doom II custom wads to be added

1st time playing this wad and have to say its outstanding, the level designs, textures, music. DIdn't think I could make past the end of E1M5 Total Exposure on UV, had to take down the Archvilles one by one then used the Cyber to infight the rest😅 (looked at the wiki afterwards and it mentioned a plasma gun I missed?) 

This is the only way I can play on big screen so I'm really grateful for all the work put into the port and the wads. Hoping its backwards compatible for PS5.

Just popping in to say BTSX Ep. 2 just was released! It's as good as the first one, maybe better!

I played the first 7 maps so far of E2 and must say that the quality of the levels isn't as good as the original episode. The level design is deliberately frustrating it seems, which I'm not a fan of. The music also isn't nearly as memorable so far which is a major dissapointment because the music in E1 was fantastic. Maybe it'll get better down the line. And yeah the difficulty is much higher, I always run out of the ammo almost completely on every level which wasn't the case with E1 at all. Still I'm thankful for more Doom levels to play on my PS4
