Doom TNT Music

I recognise opinions on TNT are very mixed on this forum but one aspect I feel doesn’t receive enough discussion is the music itself.

 

For the record the intermission music is one of the most beautiful pieces of music in Doom.

 

What are your thoughts ?

Same as yours, TNT's new music is great and one of the main highlights of the wad, an addition that Plutonia did not enjoy at the time.

 

I just wish the balance was a bit better though.

I like most of it, except probably MAP01 (Sadistic) which is just way way too fast for my taste.

Absolutely love TNT's music. "Infinite" (Track that plays on MAP10: Redemption and MAP18: Mill) is one of my all time favorite doom tracks.

TNT music is the most metal Doom music for me. Love every bit of it & it's one of the reasons why I prefer TNT over Plutonia.

TNT for me has some of the most memorable music.

 

Wormhole is a particular favourite of mine. This glitched version of Human BBQ is excellent also. Thanks Doomkid!

Human BBQ and Wormhole are both pretty damn good tracks.

 

I actually did a few reinstrumentalizations of More (first used in MAP05) and Agony Rhapsody (ONLY used in MAP06), personally.

TNT has pretty good music, except for the music track from Map 09 "Metal" and Map 30 "Last Call" which sounds awful. 

My favorite track is "Infinite" it is the music from Map 10 "Redemption" and Map 18 "Mill"
