Is there a way to give yourself 1 hp through console commands?

Assuming you are talking about GZDoom/LZDoom/ZDoom/Zandronum, it is

give healthbonus

In (G)ZDoom, it's doable by typing "take health 99" in the console. Or if your health is any other value than 100, adjust the value accordingly. The math involved is by no means complex.

Console commands also let you have more health than normal.

 

For example, if you're at 200 health and you type "give healthbonus", you'll stay at 200 health because health bonuses can't get you past. But if you type "give health 1", you'll get to 201 health.

 

Same deal for armor and ammo, too.
