Seek and Destroy + Savagery + Blood Fueled makes that one Berserk on ARC Complex hilariously strong.

 

If I had to pick just one though, probably Air Control. Extremely versatile and really helpful in the early game.

Dazed and Confused is my favorite... enemies like arachnotrons and cacodemons love to snap out of the stagger right before you glory kill them, and they get harder when they do.

 

I'd rather just crush their head in and get my health, not lose a lot when they melee me on nightmare right away with unnatural speed.

Chrono strike. Gives you that split second longer to get a headshot. Especially helpful on Maykrs

This is exactly the combo that I use. It's perfect to keep the pace as fast as possible and enjoying glory kills in the mean time.

As much as I like Air Control, you can't use it in Battlemode which messes up my gameplay.  So Blood Fueled.

It's my number 1, more due to having less than ideal reflexes and dexterity at 62, more than not doing well, but I still did fine on Nightmare after studying tactics. My other two were Equipment Fiend and Dazed and Confused.

Punch and Reave. It combos with health drops from ice bomb and health for blood. Throw an ice bomb onto a pack of fodder enemies, flame belch and BP them and you can chain a few BPs together, or get loads of health and armor.
