444 Bear Killer from EYE: Divine Cybermancy.

 

The game has the equivalent of a cyberdemon and is similarly tanky. This thing takes it out in less than four rounds. Giant armored helicopters go down in two.

 

It came about in the game’s setting when the gun designer was wandering some woods and witnessed a guy having to fight off bears while completely unarmed.
