The Nutty Wad... What music does it use?

The Nutty Wad or just nutty.wad is one of the most known and old doom deathmatch classic mappacks outthere, but while majority of the songs used in it are pretty easy to recognize, yet there tracks that are pretty mysterious and none of the information, nor readme.txt says anything about what music was used for each map.

 

I decided to ask here to solve this mystery in case someone know all of the song names that were used in nutty.wad

04 is Blue Monday

05 is a Castlevania track

06 is the Halloween theme

07 is obnoxious (don't the know the source but it's like 5 times louder than the others songs lol)

08 is Livin' on the Edge by Aerosmith

09 is a not-so-accurate version of I Ran by Flock of Seagulls

10 is pissing me off because I know it but can't recall the source

11 is another ear-piercer (also unsure of it's origins)

12 is Misorlou by Dick Dale and the Deftones

16 reminds me of Danger Zone, but I don't think that's it..

19 is Wipeout (of course)

20 is the Mortal Kombat theme

25 is that one song from those weird Dilbert animations by CBoyArdee

28 is Black Hole Sun by Soundgarden

29 Hawaii 5-0 Theme

31 is an F'd up version of Das Boot

 

Sadly the rest are also a mystery to me

I REALLY mad dead curious about the music name of map02, map13, and map18. these are oddly familiar, but I really can't remember where these even probably might came from. Either way, these are my fav songs in the nutty.wad

Umm guys... in the zip there's "nutty_mapinfos.txt" which lists all the music, except for map01?

I'm feeling like an idiot for not grabbing a zipped version right about now..

I've been there myself, sometimes we just focus on the wrong thing... :)

Heck in this case I downloaded the zip, unpacked it, immediately ripped out the tracks out of the WAD and started to listen to them.

Didn't think about checking the text files until an hour later. :p

Where can I get the zipped version of the file??? All I can find is the raw wad, or third party "zip" with useless readme.txt in it. My first encounter with this file was a LONG time ago, and I download it from a multiplayer match, a raw wad file.
