What fictional animal/plant would you eat if you had the chance?

The first time I saw a headcrab in the Half-Life games they didn't really look like something humans should (or would) eat. But since the release of HL:A they had a pretty obvious visual change and now to me, they look like a de-feathered chicken so they look edible to me now. Plus watching that Vortigaunt boiling and cooking some crabs doesn't look too bad to me.

I mean Vortigaunts are cooking and eating them, so I suppose they're comestible.

Maybe a Chuchu from Zelda, especially the ones from Breath of the Wild- you could probably use them as a substitute for egg.

Given the cover art he holds the shroom, I'm pretty sure the flower is a gun. Also Goombas from Mario's perspective suspiciously look like Imps.
