There's also Nitemare 3D, which is horror-themed but not a horror game (it's actually very light-hearted).

I'd say that Dancing SS is a horror WAD in and of itself.

Not many where you *have* to push a multitude of walls to get through, though. Get a load of this nonsense :0

 

 

The exit is hidden in a secret right at the start of the level, the rest of the map just leads to a dead end >_>

Not horror. But have an elements of that. You see a corpses of mutants, but when you pass them, they rise. 

 

Krucible - The Wasteland

Also something close to horror. Post-apocalyptic atmosphere.
