Doom HUD statusbar face Modpack?

Where can I get statusbar face skin packs for my Doom projects? If such even exist. I've heard that Zanondrum has custom faces but I can't just find them anywhere.

Well, i have a random WAD with some skins in it, here.

unsure if credits are in it, i just snagged it from the idgames archive a long time ago.
