Ah yes, who can forget that famous hit "This video is not available" by chart topping hard rockers "Video unavailable". I loved them when I was a kid.

I loved them too :)

No joke though, the video and audio play for me just fine. Have been since it was uploaded. I know this may be an odd question, but which country do you live in? It's most certainly either a regional or client-side issue.

New Zealand. Getting it on multiple clients. It's odd because if it's a region issue it is usually specific.

Most of Streetlights work is really good, but every once in a while Tomas writes a line that I know he thought was clever that is actually just garbage.  But for every Receiving end of it all, there are 3 As The Footsteps Die Out Forever.

I cry every time I hear it, sometimes when I listen to Keasbey Nights I skip it because it gets me every single time.

I think the only lyrics for songs I've ever enjoyed were Tim Minchin's. Most of the time I prefer not being able to make the lyrics out.

Some people call me a loner

A cowboy outlaw tough and proud

Well, I could have lot's of friends if I wanted

But then I wouldn't stick out from the crowd.

Some folks say that I'm "egotistical".

Hell, I don't even know what that means.

I think it got something to do with the way

That I fill out my skin tight blue jeans.

I spent all my money on drugs, and couldn’t afford to fly

I took a greyhound bus, you and your brat sat next to me

It wouldn’t shut up, so I lit it on fire

For 30 seconds it was louder, then it shut up

You came back from the bathroom and smelled something burning

You realized it was your baby and I started to laugh

You asked the driver to pull over, but he laughed at you too

You yelled at me, so I roasted some marshmallows on your kid

For me it's got to be U.K.'s "Time To Kill", which is also such a stunning song in other respects.

Quote

Rip the sheets off ice-cold again

Wolf at the door

Can not stand, a dog's life here

For one day more

Close my eyes imagine somewhere, so far away

Silver sand, and azure Caribbean sea

Sick of solitary holidays

'Cause I never get away from here

Listen to the water drip down

Into the cell

Run amok, if I survive
This living hell

Holed up in this cold calaboose, captivity

Even takes
My lucid thoughts, away from me

[Looping chorus before full instrumental]
Time to kill

(Going nowhere)

Killing time

(Staying where there's...)

Time to kill

Notice how it takes two verses before the vocalist seemingly suddenly remembers that he's got to resolve the rhyme that "Caribbean sea" sets up, and achieves it in only a kind of disjointed fashion... in a verse that's about how how he's been getting driven to aphasic insanity

No Rest for the Wicked, by Cage the Elephant. The song perfectly sums up the one of the primary motives for crimes: it mostly boils down to money.

Circles I've broken
Once, they seemed so clear
Leaving the past I buried
Deep in yesteryear

This will bring back memories
That I don't want anymore
Always see reminders
And now I close the door

Illusion is gone, the end is here

All that I have sacrificed is leaving me and letting go now
I don't want to leave you here alone among the wind and weeping
If I could crawl beneath the earth and settle with the worms and dirt
I'd steal the eyes of serpents soothing powers from the deep blue sea

For no one by the beatles - it literally makes me sad every time I hear it. It sounds like a hopeless love

Your day breaks, your mind aches
You find that all her words of kindness linger on
When she no longer needs you
She wakes up, she makes up
She takes her time and doesn't feel she has to hurry
She no longer needs you

And in her eyes, you see nothing
No sign of love behind the tears
Cried for no one
A love that should have lasted years

Come with me

To the park

I will **** you

In the dark

We will have

A lot of fun

Don't say 'no'

I have a gun

The first verse of "The Future" by Bo Burnham is just ridiculously well-constructed.

I am searching for sunlight
The years have passed
Hoping to find a way out of this place
But all hope is gone
All hope is gone

Oh my god, I've got to find a way out of this place
I'm going freaking insane here
Who did this to me
I am going to find a way out
And when I do
I'm gonna rip the fucking heads off the guys
who did this to me
who put me in this god forsaken place
-- insane laughter --

Will I hear the wind again?
Will I smell the earth again?
Will I feel the rain again?
Will I see myself again?

I can see my reflection
In my blood
Distorted face
Shattered thoughts
Broken dreams
I can see it
The exit
Unreachable

Once of the many...

The Psychedelic Furs - Love My Way

[Verse 2]
They'd put us on a railroad
They'd dearly make us pay
For laughing in their faces and making it our way
There's emptiness behind their eyes
There's dust in all their hearts
They just want to steal us all and take us all apart, but not

[Chorus]
Love my way, it's a new road
I follow where my mind goes
Love my way, it's a new road
I follow where my mind goes

[Verse 3]
So, swallow all your fears, my love
And put on your new face
You can never win or lose
If you don't run the race, yeah, yeah, yeah

Regarding english lyrics, for some reasons this one song came directly to my mind...

Almost gothic by Steely Dan

I'm working on gospel time these days
(The summer this could be the cool part of the summer)

The sloe eyed creature in the reckless room she's so severe
A wise child walks right out of here

I'm so excited I can barely cope
I'm sizzling like an isotope
I'm on fire so cut me some slack

First she's way gone then she comes back
She's all business then she's ready to play
She's almost gothic in a natural way

This house of desire is built foursquare
(The city the cleanest kitten in the city)

When she speaks it's like the slickest song I ever heard
I'm hanging on her every word
As if I'm not already blazed enough
She hits me with the cryptic stuff
That's her style, to jerk me around

First she's all feel then she cools down
She's pure science with a splash of black cat
She's almost gothic and I like it like that

This dark place so thrilling and new
It's kind of like the opposite of an aerial view
Unless I'm totally wrong
I hear her rap and brother it's strong

I'm pretty sure that what she's telling me is mostly lies
But I just stand there hypnotized

I'll just have to make it work somehow
I'm in the amen corner now
It's called love, I spell L -you- V

First she's all buzz then she's noise-free
She's bubbling over then there's nothing to say
She's almost gothic in a natural way

She's old school then she's like young
Little Eva meets the Bleecker Street brat
She's almost gothic but it's better than that
