Are you running in software render or GL (Because GLBoom actually has a software render) Do you have the latest drivers? What is the exact Intel processor? 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Pechudin Posted December 20, 2020 Could be drivers or something, I recall having similar issues, and then one day after some months I opened it again and it ran perfectly. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

Going by the .cfg file of GLBoom, it seems to be running in GL 2. I just updated the drivers a few seconds ago after typing this so i'll see how it goes 3. Ok so it's actually a problem when playing doom 2 on GLBoom instead of ultimate doom, so i'm not sure what to do 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Redneckerz Posted December 21, 2020 Is the Doom2 wad legitimate? Are you running any patches alongside Doom 2? Does a reinstallation help? 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
drfrag Posted December 21, 2020 Download a graphics driver for your hardware from the Intel page. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
jval Posted December 28, 2020 There is an issue with glfinish and old intel graphic cards, open glboom-plus.cfg file with notepad and change gl_finish to 0. Change this: gl_finish 1 to this: gl_finish 0 4 Quote Share this post Link to post
