TheNoob_Gamer Posted December 22, 2020 (edited) Usually if you remember the soundtrack to come from a wad you already familiar with, it is best that you check the included .txt file with the wad. I believe you have done this step already. So next if you could not find a direct download to the MIDI, the best thing you could do is to directly import the MIDI lump in another wad to yours, and then credit the author/source properly. How to import it depends on the modding/mapping format you are aiming to. If it's something for anything Boom-compatible and below, rename the MIDI lump accordingly (e.g if the mapslot is map01 then the lump name must be D_RUNNIN). You can check the IWAD files for reference. (or see here and here) ZDoom-based ports? Use MAPINFO. Edited December 22, 2020 by TheNoob_Gamer 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

Should I open the the WAD( coffin curse) in Slade then? 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

Gez Posted December 22, 2020 (edited) BTW:The Doom Wiki documents the entire DWANGO soundtrack. MAP10 from DCDWANGO is the theme from Descent II level 4, by Dan Wentz. You can get better versions of it than the old MUSified one from DWANGO quite easily from sites like mirsoft, vgmpf or vgmusic. Edited December 22, 2020 by Gez 3 Quote Share this post Link to post
