Bobby Prince update

As Doomworld's ever-zealous modding has seen the Bobby Prince thread locked, unfortunate/fortunate update on his health:

He had a recrudescence of cancer, but after a hell of a lot of surgeries and treatment sounds in good spirits and reasonable health for the circumstances.

 

Best wishes to Mr Prince and his family, may we all have such resilience and positivity in such difficult circumstances.

Thanks for the update, holaareola. That was rather harrowing to read all the horrible shit he's been dealing with for the past few years, but it's good to see Bobby's still has a fighting spirit. I do hope we hear of him being able to reach a point where his health is more stable and he won't have to be trapped in an endless cycle of scans and surgeries, hosptial gowns and bedpans for his remaining days. It's remarkable what he's been through and still kicking and even getting a settlement in that lawsuit he had with GearBox not too long ago.

Man, poor Bobby.. Multiple tumors in multiple areas, surgeries, kidney stones, and being basically emaciated. I feel so bad for him, really wishing him the best..

Having said that, its good to hear The Prince is sittin on his throne still in relatively good spirits.
