GZDoom 4.5.0 primary monitor setting

I can't seem to find where in the options to set the main monitor. Even if I dragged the window to my Monitor 1 (Acer XF240H) it will instead jump to Monitor 2 (XP-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro) as soon as I toggle fullscreen. Anyone got any idea where do I go to fix this?

Also side note: for some reason GZDoom doesn't want to look for IWADs in Steam install folders they seem to do automatically it before.

Alright, that works. thanks a bunch.

For some reason the monitor arrangement is not the same as how I set it in Windows, so everything is absolutely out of order.
