How do I make an enemy shoot through bars?

I'm trying to make a wall that i can put some imps through that they can shoot through. I thought you just put the texture up and then put a sector behind it but I guess not. Also not a regular wall but the jail cell kinda bar texture, idk what to call it.

The texture that applies to opening is the middle texture. If you want to restrict movement, you gotta need to set the line to be impassable.
