Doom 64 Ex mouse problem

I’ve been having mouse problems with Doom 64 EX with the mouse, because when I turn the mouse instead of Doomguy turning the camera starts jittering

What have you done so far in attempts to remedy it?

It's due to the outdated SDL libraries shipped with the last version of EX.

 

Get the official remaster on Steam instead, EX is now pretty much abandoned.

while the remaster doesnt have the stutter, theres still noticeable mouse lag in it for me.

seems like theres no way to play doom 64 perfectly with a mouse..

ive tried that on 3 different PCs but this patch did nothing for me

Obsolete on W10 version... 1803 and higher, I think.

 

It has stopped working quite a while ago.

Very weird, when i installed it like 1 year ago it worked perfeclty, i had no idea.
