Looking for outdoor textures.

I'm looking for outdoor textures. Grass that has actual grass, more trees, rocks, etc. I looked on Realm667 but I couldn't find anything. (I've only used the site like two times now). Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Textures that have trees in them might look grossly unrealistic, unless the textures are in the far background. Are you looking for "decorations", instead? These are commonly done using sprites. This is a link to a discussion on sprites as well as sprites developed for the community.

There are lots of rocky textures that look realistic. Again, are you looking for textures or decorations?

Not to hijack the thread or anything but if anyone has a texture pack that contains hanging vine midtextures specifically then I myself could use some of those to have some cool "vines hanging from the ceiling" effects.

 

@ReX I have indeed seen some examples of grass and trees used as midtextures (ie with transparent bits) where they don't look like total garbage--parts of Sunder come to mind for the latter.  Sunder anyway credits them as

There are lots of rocky textures that look realistic. Again, are you looking for textures or decorations?

I need to get my verbiage right because I meant decorations. Sorry. When I say textures I have this general mindset of items and stuff.

We really need to learn how to make our own textures and sprites huh? lol.

I actually found that same link, but that's all. I tried using different keywords but I didn't get much. That's not really what i'm looking for tbh.
