The Mystery of the Music on MAP09 of Sunlust

So there's this Doom megawad I recently found out about called Sunlust, and it has some great music. However, one of the music tracks has a mystery behind it.

 

On MAP09 (Saquasohuh), the music that plays is "Chasing Devrich" from Death Come 4. However, I can't find any information on the game Death Come 4. There are some MIDIs for this so called game as seen on this page, but according to this post I found out about, it could have been a hypothetical video game that the author could had just made and uploaded MIDIs for.

 

I'm not the first person to ask about this so called Death Come 4 as people on Reddit asked questions about this game before, but is it just a fake game, or was the title badly translated as it is called something else?

my bets on it being a fake game or a game that had the music down pat some but it fell into development hell that only the music came out.

I would guess that this is an original track by the person who submitted it to VGMusic, and the artist made up "Death Come 4" as the premise for an album. Things like that are not unheard of - in fact, for chiptune and EDM producers I think it's quite common. Though it is unusual to upload the result to sites focused on distributing MIDIs for real games.
