changing par times and skies in vanilla doom

i know how to change skies, but is there a way in vanilla doom to change skyboxes for individual levels? for example, is it possible to give MAP11 the same skybox as the second episode, without that applying to all the levels before it? i know this is possible using mapinfo but that is incompatible with classic versions so im not sure if this is possible or not. also how do i change par times.
