How do I make traps like doom 64 hectic

Doom 64 has a secret level "hectic" with traps such as going for a soulsphere the floor lowers and then a series of  crushers slowly coming at you eventually crushing you
The one I'd like to learn most is the trap with the mega armor where you get it and then you can't move and the camera zooms out and after a few seconds you get gibbed
