It's possible that the writers borrowed a phrase or words from the ancient Egyptian language. Taking words from dead languages is a pretty easy way to make a fictional culture seem more exotic, without any significant risk of offending anyone.

Fun fact: Aten was originally an aspect of the Sun god Ra, but during Pharaoh Akhenaten's reign he was made the sole deity of a then-new Egyptian state religion, which lasted for about twenty years before subsequent Pharaohs reverted from this creed and erased both Akhenaten and his "heresy" as damnatio memoriae.

I think that's kool they borrowed a phrase from ancient Egypt they add mysticism and mystery to Doom and probably to honor the ancient Gods which are in Doom or just called ancient Gods

 

Fun fact: Saddam's palace was built around a babylonian Stargate, and the reason America invaded Iraq was Saddam threatened to open the stargate to another world.
