Boaty McBoatwad demos [-complevel 9]

Recommended Posts

Boaty McBoatwad is a Boom-compatible collection of 16 boat-themed maps, hosted by @Scotty near the end of 2020. Seeing all these demos going around, I thought it would be appropriate to set up a thread for it.

The maps are breezy for the most part - some taking only a minute or two to complete. A number of the maps so far have been completed Pacifist, and there are a few UV-Max demos here and there. It's a pretty fun set overall, both for casual and speedrunning purposes from what I've experienced.

To start off the thread, here's my first contribution.

Annd...here it is. XD

Didn't take too long, all it took was me actually sitting down and getting this done.

Like I mention in the text file, a lot of time can be cut since I was routing it out as I did attempts, and I took the last couple maps very slow. So I am still eager to see some more demos, especially of this.

Map04 UV-Max in 2:35 - bb04m235.zip

I was happy with my 2:39 until I realized I exited just after the midi started again. The time can still go lower, but then you'd lose the end of the midi, and that would be a shame.

edit: I corrected my text file, since I copy/pasted my old text file and forgot I have since updated my DSDA-Doom
