Hint: This is from a licensed doom wad.

edit: okay I'm fairly certain I got it right, so might as well go to the next one.

edit 2: gonna leave this open for the next thread bump, possibly. TWO HINTS THIS TIME:

 

1. not necessarily from a wad that is tnt-related

2. music in the level has bagpipes

I feel like this is a hint that should make it really clear, but the only wads I can think of that have any MIDIs with bagpipes are Memento  Mori and Hell Revealed II, and this is neither of those. So I have no clue :/
