Three is a Crowd: Map 05 secrets

Can anyone give me some clue how to get secrets at map 05 murder machine in Three is a Crowd megawad?

I´ve been scouring Doom Wiki but I have no idea what the hell they are talking about.

 

One secrets requieres you to do some tricky platforming on spiral staircase after presing hidden switch, but I have no idea where in the world I´m supposed to go. The secret alagedly has BFG-9000 and megasphere so it´s important to grab for me (especialy when I´m pistol starting) since this map is quite brutal.

there is a secret switch that opens a wall near the spiral staircase, so you have to be fast climbing, touching the other switch, pass the door and collect the secret to the right.

 

A timed secret pretty hard to get, indeed.

1. Hit this switch here with the orange line, which will open up the wall where the end of the arrow at 3 is. Hop into the big area.
2. The arrow on the map here points to a wall you can open which reveals a switch here. This opens up the wall at 4 which is the passage, but this is timed so you have to be quick.

3. Follow the pink arrow here. This is the tough part. Note the near-90-degree turn at the beginning, this is actually marked by a candle but it shows where you can start climbing. Stick to the inner part of this wall as you climb counterclockwise until you are at the west side, then jump there.

4. Hopefully you have enough time to go through the passage at this number before it closes. If not, go back to the switch at 2 and try it again.

So far this megawad is absolutely amazing, kudos to @Scypek2 for genious idea and level design, as hard as it is it is incredibly satisfying to beat your maps :)
