CBM Posted February 25 (edited) my doom train set so far the subway car is based on an interior subway design made by twelvnighn, I will attempt a passenger train car as well at some point plus I will need to make some actual train engines as well so I can have both a cargo train and a passenger train to play with, all this is made using sectors and 3d floors in GZDoom UDMF using just the DOOM 2 IWAD and the screenshot of the tanker traincar is taken at full brightness, with regular brightness it has the same types of shadows as the traincar with the crates: Edited February 25 by CBM 24 Quote Share this post Link to post

It looks very similar to yours :) Its not in any wad ready for release just yet. I just plopped them in to a city map I made because I needed somewhere to place them while working on them. They wont be part of the final version of the city map they are in atm because they require custom textures. The textures I am using are based on the same textures you are using, but most of them are different than the original set at this point. I still use the door though and the wheel textures are the ones from the original set but with 3 sets of rims from streetrod 1 instead and I also added a camo version of the textures in the texture set I am working on. Lizardcommando Posted April 17 (edited) Dunder Mifflin Union Aerospace Corporation, this is Pam. Man, working with the default textures is a pain. Also, trying to figure out the scale of things in the map is super tough. I've made some more changes, added the side exit, added a couple more desks and started work on the conference room, but there's a space in the corner of the bullpen that eventually ends up being made into a separate temporary office space starting in season 8. I added in the warehouse area with a working baler (Baler, I hardly know her!) and the Michael Scott Paper Company's "office space". The map has proper coop starts, deathmatch starts and some deathmatch only weapons, although I haven't tested those stuff out yet. Arrowhead Posted May 3 Bit of a cross-post from the 'what are you working on' thread, but I felt I could add a couple more images here. The SMGs in the cabinet were made nearly entirely w/ 3D floors. Gun cabinet w/ 3D floor submachine guns: Up closer view of side of guns - this is a slightly older image, ignore the tiny holes above the barrels, I've since corrected that. :) Top of guns: Down the sights: I'm working on a small military themed DM pack. I also made this tank w/ FIREBLU powered propulsion thrusters - but I may still change some stuff on that, still!: Working right now on a ravaged little town that just experienced a large battle. Figured out how to make pretty believable impact craters using warped slopes. That level is going to have a lot of DoomCute too - this whole pack will, so I may be returning to post more here down the road!! :D 12 Quote Share this post Link to post

A cozy little library with comfy armchairs. Shotgun guy in his bedroom with a barrel of demonic gamer juice (and naughty magazines under his bed). A decidedly less cute bedroom. It's owner is a sadistic arch-vile who's favorite pastime is torturing the guy on the wall to death. Then ressurrecting him. Then torturing again... This is where the arch-vile sleeps. No Linearity, let us explore. 3. Intigration of Crushers to aid in combat scenarios. 4. No Locked out or missable secrets. 5. Make each level looks as real as possible to what it's depicting. None captures the DooM Cute and premise more than this. My favorite DooM Map ever created courtsey of @Dragonfly who created my favorite WAD (this map comes from) still to this day, Eviternity (Download Link) Map19 Dehydration. Let yourself get lost in the run through this amazing piece of architecture. See how doors, platforms, switches, laser grids, pressure plates, lifts, all work hand in hand to make this place come to life. Now imagine this map has over 500 enemies placed in places that make it feel even more real.
