The Sunset Forest zone has neat treehouses in the first act, while Forest Fortress act 2 has lots of stuff that looks like storage just all around it. Then there's the Ocean City Zone to consider. The Ultimate Doomer really does love realism and so do I, which is why I love his works. This is post is pretty much the reason to fall in love with you and The Ultimate Doomer. <3 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
ReX Posted April 18, 2021 Back in 1999 I made a map with offices (desks, chairs, cabinets), bathrooms (sinks, toilets), and barracks (beds). In the same year I made a map of a church, complete with pews and altar; outside was a cemetery with gravestones. I can't stand the sight of that ugliness any more. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post

Roofi Posted April 19, 2021 (edited) Girafes I made last year. I don't think it's really cute but it's 100% Doom compatible. Edited April 19, 2021 by Roofi 38 Quote Share this post Link to post

VoanHead Posted April 21, 2021 @valkiriforce pretty much anything from the Doomer Boards Projects can be filled into this thread. Didn't you also participate in some of 'em? 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
valkiriforce Posted April 21, 2021 Yes, I had a few of 'em in these projects. I did contribute to a couple recent ones including Tomatomania! and Luminous Gloom. Always love how chock full of those bits of realism they've had throughout their activity. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Lizardcommando Posted April 21, 2021 Here's a tiny apartment I made for fun about a month ago. I was just messing around in Doom Builder after making my map for the We Draw It, We Map It community map pack. I have no idea what else to do with this. 9 Quote Share this post Link to post
Chezza Posted April 21, 2021 @Lizardcommando What you do is fill most of the walls with monster closets, mostly acting like turrets as they open. Interaction or approaching objects like toilets, chairs, bookcases etc open them. Only one object opens the door out and when you leave, it turns all closets into single action crushers to eliminate the remaining monsters. Then you enter the hallway with painting and furniture etc, it happens again. Make it to the lobby, again! 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

DoomCute is the real reason why anyone is still around in the community ;) That's the great thing about Doomcute stuff. Even if you never knew about it through the Doom community or playing Wads, it's something that you would discover organically when making a map for the first time. It would happen regardless of foreknowledge and I always thought it blended into Doom far better than sprite furniture etc. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post

ViolentBeetle Posted May 2, 2021 Some kind of room for sewer maintenance people The monorail car. You can't really do inside the tunnel in normal game though in the final version. 7 Quote Share this post Link to post
