So where does your username come from?

I registered under this name because I liked playing as the Heavy Weapons Guy when TFC was popular. I even used the preset avatar of the HWGuy as my own. Two years after, I changed my online handle to Chow Yun Thin and stuck with it since.

TFC was such an awesome game... I have fond memories with that one.

It means "penis" in Finnish.

LOL. Gives a whole new meaning to Krispy Kreme.

The word NiTRO, in my user name is based on an extremely explosive chemical named nitroglycerin, which is a pretty cool explosive to me.

The word ACTiVE, in my user name is based on the word "radioactive", and we all know radioactivity can make you sick.

So this basically tell that my username NiTROACTiVE means, that I'm radioactive and explosive.

Back in 2008 I was quite heavily into Zelda: Ocarina of Time and had just created my second YouTube account, so that's where my name came from. I've had other aliases before this one, but for some reason this is the one that stuck. The Z in rulez is simply because I think it looks and sounds better than "linkrulesall" (or maybe 11-year-old me thought it was cool, idk).

And for some reason it irrationally bugs the hell out of me when people capitalize my name as LinkRulezAll (cue someone doing that just to be a smartass)

Nickname I got back in year 11 (11th grade to Americans) when there was a mispronouciation of my surname, I got called Salahmander one day, and it stuck since, plus I also like playing Salamander now and then.

I used to go under Supersonix07. I had it since I was like 8. After a long time I started to dislike it, probably due to the relationship with Sonic.

I was a big fan of fire at the time, so I thought of using the name Inferno. It didn't really stick, since I didn't find it unique.

I wanted something unique, so I decided to mash them together. Infernix was the original name but it didn't look right. Swapped two vowels around and I got Infirnex, and it has stuck since.

I'll remember that from now on LinkRulezAll

Ledillman doesn't mean anything... I think.

Anyways, I had to choose a name for my youtube account back in 2007 so this name came out of the blue and then I registered. Just a "Le" before dillman (Dill, the herb) and the french "le".
Finally: "The dill man".
Nice, uh?

Mine is self explanatory.... When I registered back in 2013, I couldn't think of anything good so I picked doomguy93. The 93 is the year I was born in as well as the year Doom was born.

I'm thinking about changing my name to something different, but nobody (other than the few buddies I have on Doomworld) would know who I am.

My username is from the location in Draenor/Outland called "Netherstorm" from 'World of Warcraft'.

A lot of faggots think it's from Minecraft, but...no, it isn't.

Back in grade 10 I got stuck with the name "Mailbox" the whole year. :(

My name actually has no meaning. If I could do the registration process all over again, I would drop the "The" from my username and leave it as "Cupboard". When I was an early adolescent I thought that my online presence should be as flippant and unconvincing as possible, so I decided, why not name myself as a piece of furniture, something that people assume is in the background but never notice it directly.

My nick comes from a mix between two of my favourite bands: Kraftwerk (and their Radioactivity album) and Tangerine Dream. I prefer the shorter version, RadTang, over RadioactiveTangerine. Earlier, I was using AmimanPL because I used to own Amiga computer (I don't remember much from my childhood) and I'm a man (oh.. that's way too obvious) and, last but not least, I come from Poland.

And as for school-related nicknames, mine is Paci (from my real name). Used to be called like that in High School and it's still in use during my higher education.

Heh, and here it always made me think of some book series I read, "Indian in the Cupboard", where the cupboard was like a time portal or something.

You can guess it :
DM = DOOM, GUY = GUY, DZ = Algeria , 64 = What the hell 64bits ?

I thought it was along these lines: DM = deathmatch, GUY = guy, DZ = D!Zone, 64 = Doom 64.

And here I was thinking it was something to do with High-Explosive Zombies or some other shit beginning with Z.

No, not really.

Back when I was in elementary school, I overheard some kids making bad puns on Judge Dredd's name. I liked it (hey, elementary school kid), so when I made an account on GameFAQs some time later, I made my username a bad English pun on Dredd's name as well. I stuck to it ever since.

I think I heard that Doom deathmatch players chose handles with "frag" in the name to sound tough so I chose this to deliberately subvert the idea.

That's the best I can recall anyway. It's been a long time now.
