Would Doomguy/Doomslayer ever return to Death Battle?

It seems that Death Battle has forgotten about DoomGuy completely and wanted nothing to do with him for some reason, hell master chief vs doomguy was a good MU but the scaling, the outcome ( imo ) and the animation ( sorta ), the way they made chief win, and the bias toward master chief really turned me and lots of people down. But my question is why has DB forgotten about such a character over the years? they could've had doomguy featured in many other death battles or redid master chief vs doomguy/slayer, do you think they hate doomguy or something? because they had no problem remastering samus vs boba fett ( ik it was a remaster and not a rematch but you get my point ) and no problem rematching sonic vs mario and I'm pretty sure there could be more that I'm missing, but in all honesty I really really want another master chief vs doomguy/slayer MU, its been far to long since we've seen doomguy featured in DB ( btw I'd take master chief vs doomslayer any day over chief vs samus aran for obvious and good reasons of my own ) But what do you think of this? also if doomguy were to return to DB would you want master chief vs DS rematch? or do you have your own idea or ideas? if so tell me.

There always multiple matchs on DB where the characters figths again, like many times with Batman.

 

For me this is based on 2 points.

 

• The popularity of the Character.
• The clash with other character with the same traits.
• How adversable would be.

The first figth it's was cleary a Win for Master Chieft, that's was just plain Doom Guy.

 

DoomSlayer it's just another beast that can't be defeated, so i expect to put him with someone that defeats gods and powerfuls beings, like Kratos.

 

So it's just not the moment, i don't really trink DB Writers have somethng againts some characters.

I mean, maybe if they found a good match for another fight, they aren't completely averse to having someone show up again especially when the character has gotten more material since the last time, and especially if the last time they were on there was long ago. Problem is, what would be the match up. They tend to like to pit characters who both are very similar in some way, so who would that be for the doomslayer?

 

Been a while since I've seen one of the videos, didn't know they did rematches. Though I think it's safe to say they wouldn't do a rematch of MC vs Doomguy since that's very clearly not a close fight anymore.
