Transfer UDB settings to new PC

Hey, I've got a new PC and want to use the same UDB settings from my old PC. I can't seem to do it. I've copied and pasted every config. file i could see and eventually copied the whole UDB folder but I've still got the default settings. What am I doing wrong?

UDB settings are kept in

C:\Users\computername\AppData\Local\Doom Builder\UDBuilder.cfg

regardless of where you install the editor.

There's also the "-portable" command line parameter, where the program config file, logs, and crash reports will be saved in the program's directory.
