Does anyone have terminal switches for keycards?

I've seen them around a lot, but never found any. Does anyone have terminal/computer textures that say they're locked with a specific card on the monitor?
Or does anyone know which wad it comes from so I can yoink them? I can't find them for the life of me, thank you :P

Jimmytex has them (The opening post to share our doom textures).

I'm not sure they work as switches, so I added a button to the bottom myself.

I don't have any on hand / know of any off the top of my head but what you could do quite easily is get the COMP flat you want, chuck a keycard sprite on the screen and write LOCKED in the relevant color (R/B/Y). I can have a crack at it this weekend if you provide which flat you'd like to use.
