I step closer to the sofa, curious about the metallic object, but also a bit scared for some reason. I grab the potion satchel and put it on myself.

[though I guess anubis is also god of the afterlife  but I think the difference is that Anubis is a bit more focused on lost souls and helpless in the afterlife]

I look out the door. "I wonder where they are now, again... The camp is empty, and the house is kinda empty too."

 

Mint had tucked herself in my satchel, and was asleep. Luckily all vials were sealed. Either way, I put the camera in the satchel, and went out the door, going around to the backside of the house.

 

[Hang on, is the 1st camp behind the house's front door, or ahead of? Gus is completely unaware of the second one, too.]

[Grizale's camp is somewhere in the forest, it's actually not that far from the first camp that others were at.]

Realizing that the crew was probably a tad a ways from where I was, I sat down on the porch, and sighed.

I was still sat, thinking about where I'd go next, or how I'd meet up with them again. I looked back through the front door, which I had left open, and the clock on the wall opposite the door read that it was 4:30 PM. The sun would set soon.

 

The camera incident was pretty strange, so I arsed myself to get up and close the front door shut. I still hadn't thought of a good lock mechanism for it; it'd have to be one that would be accessible for multiple people, while still remaining safe, maybe a biometric sensor of some sort.

 

Either way, I sat back down at the porch. "Hmm, but who knows, there's still stuff at the camp, surely they should have gone to fetch it... dunno-"

"...h-hm? D-did someone call me?"

 

My ears perked as I heard a somewhat familiar voice emerging from somewhere at the treeline ahead. I looked up, and quickly spotted the figure. "O-oh! Wait, uh, I'm here!" I shouted, as I stood up to see his approach.

Me either, but I think I can come back to everybody now, Oh!, I also found that guy smith, and he waltzed in with some woman named nadia, I've also been helping a guy named frank morris.
