"We are here at last." Voiyent said softly. the entire group on the helicopter looked outside the windows and saw a large fortress.

"Well damn! That place is huge!" Yelled smith as he observed the base from his window; william snickered and uttered a phrase.

"That's what she said!" William said while laughing. Smith looked at he boy in anger.

"If you ever make a joke like that again, I will make you eat MY cooking!" Smith responded to william.

"T-this sucks." Nadia groaned as she tried to find a more comfortable position to sleep in. it was a long week, not only did she get separated from the two people she used to know. but now she was stuck in some dusty old place, probably underground too.

"This is so dumb!" She mumbled while tossing and turning; this was far from comfortable.

Soon enough, nadia heard the door to the room open, and when it did, she reached for her trusty gun.

'Ugh, bring it!' Nadia thought to herself while paying close attention to the door.

[Okay, let's hope my new grammar skills make this better to read!]

'Why am I feeling this way? I do not like these feelings.' Voiyent says to herself internally; she still couldn't get that image out of her mind, the man who sent flames from his hand, dispatching that strange creature.

The soothing noises of the of the river within raven's headquarters eased her mind, but only slightly. Voiyent questioned herself about many things. But before she could question herself any further, the head doctor called to her.

"Yes, I will report to the 'batting' cages."

After reaching the batting cages, voiyent was approached by the head doctor; he had a smile on his face. Voiyent and the head doctor then entered the unit room; it was time to activate unit-02ɣ.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Darkness, that is what life was, until now. The amniotic fluids drained from the incubation tube, and soon enough, unit-02 was awakened; it was very bright now.

"Ah yes! Welcome to life, gamma!" The head doctor exclaimed with joy at the sight of unit-02's new life. Voiyent did not see why the doctor was so happy.

"Who am I?" Gamma asked the doctor while observing his hands; voiyent stared at the awakened unit with curiosity, she also tried getting the head doctor's attention.

The head doctor smiled briefly before responding. "You are part of my X-series machines! However, you are quite different from the others; units 00 to 06 cannot think for themselves." The head doctor replied.

"I see; I am X-series Unit-02... gamma." The unit quietly said. The head doctor smiled again, however, he took voiyent by the hand and led her to their special place. Gamma followed them with his eyes; he almost felt if something was off, but he could've sworn that he felt a strange emotion relating to receiving paternal love, judging by his databases.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Thank you, doctor." Voiyent said to the head doctor as he left for his office. 'That feeling again; and for some reason, that voice in my head hasn't come back yet.' Voiyent internally said to herself while looking at the ceiling. Perhaps more answers would arrive in the future, but for now. Voiyent was not pleased.

MEANWHILE ELSEWHERE.

A black car speeds down a road before skidding to a stop. Two men get out of the car; they load their firearms and walk towards a gate leading to a mansion.

Both of the men kick open the gate and rush into the courtyard of the mansion, the courtyard is filled with the escaped experiments, and it was time for a cleaning operation.

"Are you ready, gilmen?" The man in black asked.

A man wearing a tan colored overcoat turned to the man in black, and responded.

"Yeah.. We can't let the doctor get away with this, otherwise, it'll be the damn gene wars all over again; and look at what that war did to the earth!" Gilmen replied. The man also pointed towards the ocean, which was visible from the cliff; the ocean was not very blue, in fact, it was purple.

The man in black nodded his head as a reply; he was still a little shaken up about the genome wars, even all these years later. He put his hand on gilmen's shoulder before replying.

"I know, gilmen; our entire generation lived through the genome wars, but we're here, still." The man in black said as a response.

"Yeah; let's just go, gehirn.." Gilmen said. The two men ran through the courtyard, taking out several of the experiments while attempting to rescue some of the science team's remaining numbers.

After clearing out the ground floor of the mansion, the two agents made it to a strange room; this is the turning point.

First, there was darkness, eternal darkness. But then, there was light; blue orbs focused on the morning sky, said orbs were against a white backdrop, for they were eyes. Eyes of grizale.

Grizale sat up on his bed while inspecting his bandaged hands; bandages wrapped around his palms, dried stains of blood from within the cloth.

It was rather funny to the troubled man, here he was, a demon in his head, yet here he was with wounds of the messiah. It almost seemed as if his suffering was the plan of some all-knowing being, but how close to the truth could that thought be?

"A spear of destiny, that's what they told me."

The ashen haired man's eyes widened at the voice; griskai.

Grizale got up from the bed and put his hands against his forehead while pacing around his campsite, said campsite containing nothing but unfortunate memories for the esoteric man known as grizale.

"Griskai, why can't you just leave?Grizale asked; to anyone else, it might've looked like a crazy person talking to the voices in their head, but then again, anyone would think that grizale was insane, especially with most of the events that happened in this damned backyard.

Grizale walked down the path, expecting an answer from the voice within himself, but of course, there was no reply. But, as if fate had plans specifically to aggravate him, grizale saw the demonic android walk onto the path he was currently on.

"Bruno.Grizale seethed as he watched the android sit against a rock, the beast held itself in a thinking manner.

Every signal in his body told him to run away, even griskai screamed for him to leave as soon as possible, but morbid curiosity had other plans for grizale.

But as it seemed, fate indeed had other plans, for a large blast erupted from within the forest; soon, fires broke out everywhere, and as the fires raged on, a foul beast emerged from the crater in the ground. The beast resembled a human in many ways, the facial structure and many other things that would make the uncanny valley blush were the visage of the beast.

The one-hundred-and-twenty feet tall beast grinned as it stared at grizale and bruno, it's tongue ran across it's teeth and lips at the sight. At the visage of the beast's clear hunger, grizale signaled for bruno to run with him, the android, while hesitant at first, quickly agreed with grizale.

As grizale and bruno ran, the beast quickly followed, it's steps causing the forest to quake with terror at it's might. Grizale looked back briefly, only to see the beast make eye contact with him, and as it did, it's tail wiggled with excitement.

"Come hither, oh sweet one!The creature said in a raspy large voice; grizale felt sick as he sensed the reason for the beast's pursuement of him.

Grizale and bruno finally found a hiding place, the both of them ducked into an entrance of a cave. The both of them watched as the beast's feet landed at the entrance; despite the both of them experiencing, and seeing extremely horrendous things in their lives, this event has seemingly taken the place of the most insane thing ever.

'It is a fully evolved nephilim; it can sense the angelic essence in you, grizale.' Griskai whispered in grizale's head.

Grizale's eyes widened at the words of griskai, the voice had never been that helpful before, yet, it was now. And grizale knew he would need it's advice more then ever.

"Ey, do ya know anythin' bout this crazy shit?Bruno asked grizale while looking at the entrance of the cave; the pale man nodded sideways as a response.

As the two men sat there, it soon became quiet, too quiet. Grizale foolishly walked to the entrance of the cave, and as he did, the beast's grinning face appeared instantly, it's eyes widening even further with joy at the sight of grizale. And as bruno tried to scream for grizale to get back, a large white flash spread throughout the cave and the surrounding area.

"Arrogant as ever, griskai.A strangely calm voice said, and it would be the last thing grizale would hear for a bit.

The waves crashed against the shoreline; a truly beautiful sight for most people, but to julius, it meant nothing.

'Son of the betrayer' that name was the nicest he'd ever been called. The estranged 'clone' stood tall upon a hill of sand, watching the ocean ever so slowly; but why? The question had many answers, the most obvious one being his memories with the science team, and how they showed him several things to familiarize him with the planet that he would invade one day.

But of course, there were many other answers, said answers locked away deep within julius' mind; much like a certain someone within raven's headquarters.

"You won't have to worry any longer, father.." Mumbled julius; his brow slightly furrowing with the words, and a small drop of sweat, falling down his neck.

It was a very long tale; the story of it all, all of creation, all of destruction, and of course, the clones. The tale was always the same, billions of years ago, the almighty while within a deep slumber, dreamt of reality as we know it. And that included the breed father, and breed mother; julius came from the breed father, the one responsible for humanity.

But where there is light, there is darkness, much as it is above, it is so below. For the mortals to be kept in check, the heavenly kings created the seed of evil, and allowed it's influence to take hold of several angels, and with those angels casted from heaven, forth came the nephilim.

The seed's power depended on humanity, the evil of the species contributed to it greatly, and from that moment forward, mankind had willed evil into existence. And now, humanity is trying to will themselves as god, an idea that the divine would scoff at.

Julius knew the danger of mortals, but no mortal before ever came to the level of The Order. Not much was known about them, other then their strange teachings, but underneath the surface, there laid the elites of the almighty: Semina De Vitae.

The order was very similar to the heavenly kings, no matter how much they swore about their differences; it disgusted julius, to think that the order, a den of mortals, would even dare to ascend from their post in life.

However, it seemed that semina de vitae had other plans, plans that they never told the rest of the order; their plan to access the grand ascension. Said plan was set in motion hundreds of years ago, as the first born of the breed mother reached his final stage in life; he became obsessed with the many strange tales told by groups all around the world, but one that stuck with him the most, was Revelations. Soon, he was convinced the things witnessed by john, were a message from the divine.

And so, semina de vitae was formed, alongside the order, as their shield.

*Fools; desperately holding on to tall tales created by man, just so you can quench your hunger for power, perhaps the almighty is right..* Julius thought while watching the sun rise, and as it did, he heard a voice call out to him.

"H-hey! What are you doing out here all alone?" The voice exclaimed in a breathy, yet still loud tone. Julius turned around to see a rather meek looking boy, looking at him with worry, and fear.

Julius' brows furrowed, and his eyes narrowed slightly at the sight; julius decided to reply to the boy. "Do not be afraid, I am not your foe, child."

The boy visibly recoiled slightly, before regaining his composure quickly. And with no fear, the boy responded.

"Okay.. But why are you out here all alone? Shouldn't you have someone accompanying you, I mean, you look like the kinda guy who would have a ton of friends," The boy gulped briefly before continuing his attempt at a conversation. "N-no offense though! Just giving a compliment.. Uh, never mind; sorry, I-I'm sorry!" The boy finished.

Julius was confused at the boy's nervousness; why was he so meek? There is no reason for him to fear anything.

"What is your name, child?" Julius asked with kindness, his face reflecting this, with a small smile.

"P-prunga! It's nice to meet you sir!" Prugna squeaked as a reply while scratching the back of his head.

Julius' smile widened slightly; he then spoke.

"I am julius, and it is a pleasure to meet you, prugna." Julius replied.

[Well, here's my contribution to the thread for now; probably won't post as much as usual after this; also, exposition dump.]

"What is my objective, sir?"

"To persuade the newcomers into becoming members of the apostle unit..."

The words exchanged in that meeting echoed throughout voiyent's head, and they refused to leave; she wondered if the sight of that man's dispatchment of the clone was responsible for her current state. But alas, it did not matter within the current moment. Or at least that's what she told herself.

(The Past.)

Voiyent sat on top of a rather comfy rock, she held her chin in her palm while staring at the night sky; the stars were beautiful..

The golden-eyed girl stared at the clear sky, before being interrupted by a familiar voice. "Hello there, dear sister... father misses us."

She recognized the voice instantly, gigu.

"I see that you have finally awoken." Voiyent said in her usual dull tone of voice; there never wasn't a moment in where someone confused her for a walking corpse.

Gigu smirked before sitting down beside voiyent, he reached his arm around her, and began to hum a peaceful song. She recognized it as the same song within her visions into the future, it was a beautiful song.

"Yes, yes I have indeed, voi-" However, before gigu could reply to the estranged girl, she got up from the rock and stared at gigu for a small amount of time.

"I have not given you permission to call me by my designated first name, you abomination." Voiyent said with venom in her voice; cutting off gigu's response, and with the response cancelled by her anger, voiyent walked back to the camp with haste.

(The Present.)

Voiyent lied down on her bed; the memory of that night breaking through her emotional defenses, and with the glass walls she put up around her shattering, voiyent felt warm tears fall from her eyes and run down her cheeks. 'Why do I feel like this?!'

All voiyent knew at that moment, was that the head doctor owed her an explanation tomorrow.

"So, what brings ya around these parts?" The bartender asked the rather scruffy looking man.

"Eh, well y'know? I think I died.. And now I'm here I guess." The scruffy looking man replied to the bartender.

The scruffy man was none other then frank morris, now in the 'afterlife', if it could even be called that; or maybe he just didn't care and was more busy enjoying the drinks supplied by the bartender.

The bartender cleaned several glasses before placing them back on the counter; the bar had a really warm feeling to it, in and many ways, that made it almost better in every way compared to the bar in that damn wine cellar.

"Ah okay, now I see! I guess that's why no one has come to claim your soul yet." The bartender said in a whimsical tone as morris downed another glass of whiskey. It was some premium stuff, that was for sure.

"Yeah.. It kinda sucks to be honest; can you imagine being dead, and then nobody remembers you? Christ, I think that's one of my worst fears.." Morris stated.

"Well, if you're curious about ways to get back to life, then I can give some tips! If you'd like them though, no force here!" The bartender replied while drying another glass with a rag.

Morris looked up from his glass and stared deeply into the eyes of the bartender. "Honestly, I would love to get back, but I'm curious if that's even legal," Morris chuckled before continuing his question. "I mean, isn't kinda illegal to leave the afterlife when you're fuckin' dead or sum' shit?"

The bartender laughed loudly at the question, and once he regained his composure, he replied. "Well, to some people, it's illegal, but in reality, it's perfectly legal. Especially since the almighty doesn't even care anymore."

"Heh, you know what, how about you give me those tips? I think I might just blow this spirit popsicle stand!" Morris exclaimed with joy as he finished his drink and stood up.

"Okay. Just listen real closely though, don't need ya getting lost now." The bartender said. And with that, frank morris returned to the land of the living.

The sun rose over the nearby mountain range, casting light upon the land as the birds began to sing their praises. The songs sung by the birds awoke the bugs and insects, and with the both of them awake; soon followed the humans throughout the land.

The backyard truly was a beautiful place, untouched the dangers that the regular world imposed upon it's people. But perhaps that was the biggest reason of it's beauty, being able to run away from reality for once.

A man rose from a pond, he was frank morris, once again in the flesh. And as he walked from the pond into the familiar forest clearing which contained the house that he was oh-so-familiar with, morris was greeted with a sad sight. No one remained there, not one soul stood in the backyard; no one inside of the house either, and worst of all, his taxi was completely gone, the only thing remaining being it's frame.

*Christ, guess this place wasn't gonna last forever; I wonder what happened to nadia.. Gus too, hell even those two jackasses, grizale and smith.* The thought ran through morris' head as he walked around the seemingly abandoned house and backyard; it really was a sorry sight.

"I wonder if anyone kept the bar in check before leavin'." Morris thought out loud as his hand brushed against a dusty shelf. But unbeknownst to morris, a dark figure watched him from the treeline. It was none other then julius; here after dropping prugna back off at maguma's cabin.

Morris found himself enjoying a rather stiff drink while sitting down in the dusty living room, said living room had been slightly cleaned by the former taxi driver. And as frank drank more of his drink, he heard the door to the house open; dread instantly kicked in, for morris knew the implications of someone coming into the house at this moment.

*Shit! Just my damn luck as always, okay frank, you can do this! Just find a hiding place.. Or at least try to kick whatever's ass is coming into the house!* Morris spat within his mind, if he died here, he wasn't going down without a fight.

"Hello, is anyone here?" A soft monotone voice said while walking into the kitchen from the backdoor: the lone figure stepped into the kitchen after walking through the unlocked backdoor, the mysterious person finally made their way into the living room, and made contact with morris.

"Aagh! You fuckin' scared me there!" Morris yelled as he looked at the rather emaciated and disheveled looking young woman standing before him, she looked like she hadn't eaten anything for weeks.

The young woman walked back into the kitchen and pulled out a box of cereal from the cabinet, she then opened the box and shoved her hand into it, pulling out a large clump of the corn flakes and stuffing them into her mouth. After getting her rather filling amount of cereal down her throat, the young woman pulled out a metal flask, and drank from it; morris could tell that the flask was filled with water, if he hadn't been drinking for years, he probably would've thought that she was chugging some kind of vodka or something.

"So, uh, you new around here? Or are you lost?" Morris asked the young woman.

The woman turned her head to face morris, and then replied. "No, I am not new to this place," she spoke before continuing after the second long silence. "I am trying find my brother."

Morris' eyes widened briefly before he got up from the couch and walked into the kitchen. As he got closer to the woman, he noticed her rather nervous stature, despite her rather emotionless way of speaking, morris could tell that something was weighing down on her conscious, and it was probably heavy.

"Uh, do you have a description of him? It could make finding him a lot easier, especially since I have some old 'friends' that can probably help." Morris said while still in denial over his feelings for the old group of people who accepted him with open arms, he just hoped that he would be able to talk to nadia again, gus too.

"He is around 14 to 16 years of age, he also has dark brown hair and green eyes; the last time he was seen, he was wearing a navy blue high-collar jacket with four pockets on the front, and black jeans, he was also wearing dark blue sneakers as well." The young woman replied.

*Well now I know why she's that kid's brother..* Morris thought as he stared at the young woman, she shared a lot of the features that the boy had, dark brown hair bordering on black? Check, green eyes? Check. The features described wouldn't really stand out in this place, especially since most of the nearby villagers most likely had two or three people with those exact features.

"Okay, since ya got a pretty big detailed picture of your brother, can you explain to me on how the both of ya are related? I mean, you can possibly be a serial killer that only targets kids or something, and I don't think I could live with myself if I helped ya." Morris said with a slightly amused tone, although most of his concerns were rather valid; he still couldn't unhear any of the stories told by the nearby villagers of a serial killer on the run, even worse when considered that the killer used grenades and other explosives to deal with his targets.

"For one, me and him share many features, and I am sure that you can notice that. I also did not know of his existence until now, but I truly have my best interests for him, for you see, we were separated at birth by our parents for unknown reasons. My mother took care of me until she was killed in lab experiment gone wrong, and my father went missing not too long afterwards, it was then when I found out about my younger brother when I overheard a conversation my then current guardian was having over the phone." The young woman explained in the most nonchalant way possible, almost if it had been rehearsed on multiple occasions.

Morris nodded at the reply while he grabbed a glass and filled it with water. The former taxi driver had gone through enough in life to understand that not everyone had his or someone else's best interests in mind, growing up on the streets in a really bad part of the city didn't help either, but non-the-less, morris decided to take this one chance, and help the young woman standing before him.

"Alright, I'll help ya out, but this shit gets anymore fuckin' confusin', I'm bailing." Morris replied as he gathered several supplies together in a large backpack, he also checked the time on his watch. He just hoped that this wouldn't bite him in the end.

Where am I? Am I dead, or alive?

Grizale awoke from his slumber, only to find himself in a strange white void; bruno was nowhere to be found, and griskai could not be heard. Grizale was truly alone for once.

"Perhaps I should try to find a way out, but how... this place seems to not have an exit in sight, let alone at all.Grizale huffed; maybe there was some hidden exit, there just had to be. Grizale walked alongside a strange beach; the ocean was a dark purple color that reminded grizale of a certain moment in his 'childhood'.

The ashen-haired man looked up at the sky and noticed it's unnatural color, why the sky and ocean were outlandish colors was beyond grizale at the moment, for finding answers about his current whereabouts mattered more. And with a few more steps, grizale stumbled upon a strange sight. In the middle of a purple pond, stood a strikingly familiar person, said person possessed a rather messy mop of white hair, said hair had a golden tint to it.

"I welcome you to the void of intermission, or as some people would refer to it, limbo. You see grizale, who I am is very important to your well-being; you're probably wondering on how you got here, considering the incident with that giant creature, but it does not matter, no, what truly matters is the sight standing before you. For I am Griskai." The lone man said.

Grizale recoiled at the sound of griskai's name, it held bad memories that grizale could see within the flashbacks sent by the secondary personality in his head; this could pose a problem for the both of them. Griskai began to float over the water; griskai reached the shore and stood in front of grizale, and as he did, the sky turned into a bloody red. The water dried up as the grass died, leaving behind a large plain of dirt that spanned across the land in the void.

"I can tell that you are afraid grizale, but there is no need to fear me, for I possess knowledge that can reveal the truth of your existence, which is something that I know that you want dearly. And I can help you, but only if you wish for me to accompany you to the physical realm; the astral realm is dying grizale, and soon, I might go with it unless I am allowed to escape this prison held within your mind." Griskai said as he placed his hand on grizale's shoulder.

Grizale looked up at griskai, the being that held his happiness captive for his entire life; no friends, a family that feared him greatly, and the worst of all, self-hatred. Grizale blamed griskai for all of these things, for griskai living in the confines of his mind did grizale no favors in life.

"Why should I help you? Because of you, any chance for a normal life was robbed from me. You stole what should've been a happy life, but no, I just had to be your mortal reincarnation; meanwhile your spirit tortured me internally, and that is something that I can never forgive, no matter how much you try to ally with me." Grizale spat with hatred; griskai closed his eyes while running his fingers down his prosthetic arm, it brought him comfort in moments like these: for it reminded him of the strange, yet honorable teammates he fought alongside with in that dark forest from hell.

But before grizale could say anything else, griskai placed his hand on grizale's forehead; a strange sigil appeared underneath the both of them, the sigil glowed fiercely as a dark red portal sucked the both of them to another location. As the portal opened in a another location, griskai and grizale found themselves on a hillside covered with autumn leaves.

  • 2 weeks later...

*Just my fuckin' luck!* Morris thought as he walked next to the strange woman; the both of them had been walking for at least a week at this point, sure, Morris knew a lot more about the woman he allied with then he did earlier, but walking for a week with only a couple small stops was getting to him. The woman looked at Morris briefly before looking towards the front of them again; the autumn forest was truly beautiful, no one could deny that.

"Did you remember my name Frank.. I hope you have, it's Ciliegia, just like I said earlier." Ciliegia said while closing her hand and opening it again; it was another tick that was extremely noticeable. Morris stared her hand for a short amount of time before quickly looking at her face, he then decided to reply, mainly due to her usage of his first name.

"Yeah, and who said dat you could use my first name like dat!" Morris exclaimed with a slightly angry tone as he started to walk faster, Ciliegia also began to walk faster, however, Morris kept moving faster, so fast that it seemed like he was running.

"Morris! Calm down, I just wanted to have you on a first name basis; it's mandatory if you ask me!" Ciliegia yelled while running towards Morris; she didn't know why he was acting like this, but considering that he just came back from the dead, Ciliegia decided against trying to rationalize Morris' behavior; she didn't have the patience for now.

The two of them finally found themselves in a rather creepy looking clearing after running off of the path that the both of them were following. Morris looked at Ciliegia with a confused expression, eventually, the former taxi-driver then began to laugh uncontrollably; Ciliegia was confused, that was for sure.

"Hahaha! Ah man, you should've seen your fuckin' face when I started actin' all pissy!" Morris said in between his laughter; Ciliegia wasn't laughing, and Morris noticed that immediately.

Before either of them could respond, strange rustling started from behind them; the bushes spread apart as a strange pale beast emerged from behind the tall grass and small trees. It's black and yellow eyes glowed in the darkness, and as it's eyes looked at Morris and Ciliegia, the beast let out a ungodly howl before charging at the two seemingly defenseless people; but unbeknownst to the beast, the two people had a backup plan.

Morris and Ciliegia pulled out their respective pistols and opened fire on the beast; the 9MM bullets entered the rough flesh of the creature, causing it to let out a roar of pain, however, the creature kept charging, despite the numerous bullets it received. Finally, after finishing the bullets in his magazine, Morris picked up a rock from the ground and tossed it at the beast, it was clearly confused after the move performed by Morris. And during the creature's confusion, Ciliegia aimed her gun right between the beast's eyes, she then pulled the trigger, ending it's life instantly.

*Well, at least they die the same way as humans..* Ciliegia thought as she saw the pale beast's body crumble to the floor. She knew that this wasn't going to be easy, but things like weren't here before; but at least she had Morris with her.

Smith reflected on the past as he laid back on his bed. He stared at the ceiling with conviction as his fingers played with his new R.A.V.E.N identification card.

(Raizel, I'll always love you..) The memory of Luka's demise played through his head; sure, Smith was not one to dwell on the past that much, but whenever it came down to memories of his past. He would always look back on it, no matter how painful. But as he laid on the bed, another painful memory ran through his head; the night of his and Gaivel's recruitment.

Smith fell to the wet ground as he held his cheek with his hand. The rain poured furiously as he and Gaivel witnessed their father figure's wrath; the thunder and lightning fit well with the scene.

"Why can't we join!? Uncle Kazigel said that you joined when you were only fourteen!" Smith screamed while getting off of the ground. Gaivel watched with fear as his older 'brother' stood up to their adopted father. The boy's blue eyes widened at the sight of Raizel trying to hit the older man; but he noticed something, Raizel was crying, tears ran down his face and blended with the rain water.

"Huh?! Why won't you fucking answer me!" Raizel screamed again as he pounded his fists into Kaguma's stomach; his face scrunched up as more tears spilled out of his eyes. Kaguma lowered his right hand and stopped Raizel's fist with it, and when he did, he turned to the boys and gave his explanation.

"I won't let you two join because I know what this life is like! Don't either of you get it!? This isn't something to idolize, I KILL people everyday, I force people into giving my boss their money, and worst of all! I break families by selling them drugs! Drugs that turn people into fucking drones! That's why I don't want to recruit you two into the Golgaza family!" Kaguma yelled.

Gaivel winced at the sound of his father's yelling; Raizel's small choked sobs weren't helping the boy either; Gaivel hated hearing Raizel cry. And here they were, in the rain crying, all because their adopted father wanted to protect them from a life of horrific crime.

"Bro.. Just listen to him. If he doesn't w-want us become evil like that, then maybe we should listen to him!" Gaivel said to Smith as he tried to get up from the ground.

"I-I just want someone to acknowledge my existence! I just want someone to respect me! WHY IS THAT SO HARD! WHY CAN'T WE JUST JOIN?! I DON'T CARE IF IT TURNS US INTO FUCKING MONSTERS! I JUST NEED A PURPOSE, A PURPOSE FOR SOMETHING! So why.. Why can't we just join? Do orphans not get to dream? Are me and Gaivel even human?" Smith screamed. The boy eventually stopped his rant and sat down, sobbing while muttering at the same time, something that he did frequently.

Kaguma stared at the two boys briefly; he grabbed the both of them by their hands and shoved them into his car, he then closed the door and began to drive away from the orphanage. And eventually, the car made it's way to the golgaza family headquarters. And from that day forward, Raizel Smith And Gaivel Ayakanum became members of the Golgaza family mafia, a fate which would impact their lives greatly.

MEMORIES OF AN UNFORTUNATE EVENT: TEARS IN THE RAIN.. END.

[Sorry if the writing is a little sloppy. I haven't written for a while, and of course, since the backyard is kinda dead, I don't really have much to write about other then pasts of my characters.]

It was a quiet evening, the screen door in the backyard was unlocked and it was about to rain so I stepped in, nobody was home. I took a seat on a nearby sofa and turned on the TV, usual PG crap but it works.
