Learned how to make tuna ceviche last night and I absolutely loved it. Fresh tomato, jalepeno and red onion mixed in olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, curry powder, garlic, red pepper and lemon pepper. Paired with a lovely NZ savignon blanc.
