Is it possible to use ANIMDEFS for TITLEPIC?

I really want to make an animated title screen, but i don't understand how the hell TITLEMAP works, so if somebody could explain this to me, it would be awesome

To make a TITLEMAP, just create a map as you normally would but make sure the map's lump name is TITLEMAP (as opposed to the more common names of MAPxx or ExMx.) The player's start location serves as the initial camera point.
