Doomkid Posted May 30, 2021 I try my damnedest to get one map finished before moving to another, though I have a habit of finishing something 80%, letting it sit for whatever length of time, then coming back later and adding the finishing details. I’ve been involved with a lot of projects this year/the tail end of last year - Bourgeois, MIDTWID, and Ray Mohawk 2 among others. I think when all the currently active projects are finally wrapped up, I’m gonna have another year like 2017 where all I did was muck with dehacked for about 10 minutes that entire year... Much as I love modding non stop it’s been quite a while since I took a break, but sometimes you need those “mostly off” years to ensure the concept of burning out on Doom remains truly unthinkable. 4 Quote Share this post Link to post

I've been involved with more projects this year than any other year. Usually I just work on my own projects. One map for the Wadazine The Rising, two for the 2nd Wadazine project, one for a secret megawad, and Slough of Despair for that Doom from memory jobby. All those are finished, expect to dig up some midi songs and do some final play tests. Then I'm going back to finishing Vilecore 1.2 and a couple almost complete levels... 28in2021, Dark Bastion, 10 Years of Doom Remastered and then I have this damned Community Project idea in my head and who knows what else....
