Favorite Doom Related Thing You Own?

Just got this cool lost soul shirt in the mail. Its probably my new favorite Doom thing I own. Tough call between that, and my big box copy of the Collector's Edition.

 

What are some of your favorite Doom related things you own? Can be anything, from tshirts, to versions of the game you own, to figurines, to board games, to mousepads, etc.

 

I'd love to see some obscure Doom merch! As for this shirt, its definitely not an 'official' product, just something neat I found on ebay. Had to wait like 2 months to get it from Russia... but it was worth it lol.

well i dont have it rn but i got 3 of the doom novels reserved for me at my local Barnes and nobles. the 3 books are knee deep in the dead hell on earth & endgame. apparently they cant get the 3rd doom book for some reason

Got this for my birthday back in 1995! The case has seen better days but the game still runs perfectly after all these years.

an original boxed copy of doom 2! i got it for only $60 on ebay, and it came with not only 3.5" floppies, but 5.25" as well

I don't have many Doom related things, so probably my Doom hat. It just has the classic Doom logo on the front and a little IDDQD Doomguy face on the side. Every now and then I get a comment on it, like "nice hat". I don't remember ever seeing anyone else around here wearing Doom related things.

Probably The Depths of DOOM Trilogy. I own several DOOM things, but that particular release is very nostalgic for me.

Thinking about any other Doom things I own. I have Doom 3, from close to it's release. Only other thing is SNES Doom that is laying around here somewhere. I don't even know why I have it. It has been two decades since I even touched a SNES.

Wicked Doom socks! They look super comfortable. The Quake 2 BFG is such a cool design. Love that game, too.

Thanks! Honestly the BFG-10K in Quake 2 N64 looks better than the PC version as the gun glows green instead of the blue on PC.

Is that the original version that's tied to DOOM 3 or the 2016 reissue? I have the 2016 version myself.

Yes. It's a really nice looking case and is not that expensive to buy from auction sites. Plus you get Doom and Doom II on the disc.

A copy of the book 3D Game Alchemy, which was all about editing Doom, Doom II, Heretic, and Hexen. Goes into extreme detail about how all sorts of minutia in the games, plus it had a disk in the back with tools like WadAuthor, WADED, a launcher called DoomShell, some user maps, and even a library of textures/sprites/etc for use in your own levels. I read the shit out of this book; it's dog-eared, wrinkled all over, split in half and held together by tape. This was what I had to obsessively pour over before I discovered the Doomwiki and other information resources.
