It almost seems like discovering the internet version of El Dorado or some other mythical place. But no, it exists and you have stumbled upon it.

You hit the nail right on the head there. It seems that, with a minimal of moderating, the denizens of this place get along just fine. The people that gravitate here generally seem to be quite chill.
