leejacksonaudio Posted March 30, 2022 (edited) Caught most of tonight's Dallas Mavericks / Los Angeles Lakers game on TNT. Dallas won in a blowout, 128-110, with Mavs guard Luka Dončić notching a triple-double with 34 points, 12 rebounds, and 12 assists. https://sports.yahoo.com/nba/los-angeles-lakers-dallas-mavericks-2022032906/ Edited March 30, 2022 by leejacksonaudio 2 Quote Share this post Link to post

leejacksonaudio Posted March 30, 2022 I wound up watching spring training baseball today. Don't even care about the teams. I know I'll catch grief for this, but I'm a major Houston Astros fan, if I haven't said it already. Haters gonna hate. :) 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
Sena Posted June 5, 2022 I didn't get a chance to actually watch it myself (and I'm not much of a sport guy in the first place), but Wales beat Ukraine in the rugby today and is through to the finals, which is, at least according to the man inside the TV screen, a historically significant event and the first time it's happened in 60 years. Neat. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
leejacksonaudio Posted April 1, 2023 Better to necro this than to start a new thread, especially seeing as how Baseball opening night 2023 was last night. However, I digress - I'm watching football right now. Specifically, the XFL game between the Arlington Renegades and the Seattle Sea Dragons. Arlington trails 21-9 in the 3rd quarter. They had quite a drive going and chose to risk a 4th and 1 play, but a bad pass/lousy read by the receiver put an end to the drive. Seattle takes over with 7:20 left in the 3rd from their own 12. The Dallas/Fort Worth area is abuzz with sports this weekend. In addition to this game, the Texas Rangers are playing hosts to the Philadelphia Phillies. You've got the NCAA Women's Final Four going on, and the IndyCar PPG 375 race going on out at the Texas Motor Speedway. Very busy weekend. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
