The world's most expensive burger has just been created

There definitely has to be a price ceiling on quality of taste / product vs cost to purchase and this burger would have broken it by far, making it pure expensive wank for some PR and to sell to Rich fools.

 

I'm prepared to spend money on expensive meals as long as it's really something I dearly enjoy as a treat or in a special occasion. It's one of the great benefits of living in a first world country. But no way that burger would be even 3 digits worthy.

Just give it a shot, eggs with caviar aren't bad at all, even if you stick to a small tin that goes for somewhere between 15$ and 40$ (which apparently only rich assholes can afford LMAO)... just don't have too much of it at once when you first try it, so you can get accustomed to the taste slowly, that's my only recommendation...

I'm morbidly curious how unhealthy this thing is to eat, as well as how many calories it packs. The burger costs thousands more than just $5k if you factor in the deep cleansing your arteries will be needing afterwards. The combination of ingredients also just sounds like a flavor trainwreck. Crab, beef, BBQ sauce, and cucumber won't mix well.

Roe is actually pretty tasty. It has a nice little salty pop to it. I've never had Beluga caviar, but I've had salmon roe on sushi, and it's good. I mean, we eat bird eggs, what's wrong with eating fish or whale eggs?

Also, I found the hidden cacodemon. On the top right of the bun, you can see the shape of two horns sticking out. Look closely and you can also see an eye and a mouth!

I didn't mean to stereotype all wealthy people. I do agree, there are many people that have earned their money with hard work and long hours. Because of that, they have something to show for it, rather that be houses, cars, boats, etc. Everyone has every right to do whatever they want with their money. But if someone told me they paid damn near $6000 for a burger, I'm not exactly going to give them a pat on the back and say, "Wow, that's awesome." This is a kind of extreme excessiveness that I can't agree with. 

 

But as for Bezos... yeah fuck that dude. There are so many horror stories out there from Amazon workers talking about the horrible work conditions. This guy is making money hand over fist and his employees are pissing in bottles.

Looks interesting. I'd give it a try. Wouldn't pay $5,000 for it, but I'd eat it if someone gave it to me. Then again, I'm more on the adventerous side and quite open to trying out new dishes :)
