Mike Stu Posted July 16, 2021 Hey fellas. Just outta curiosity: did SIGIL get patched to make it generally "easier"? I'm aware that some maps and encounters were slightly reworked after launch to make them play nicer, but couldn't find info on stuff like increased ammo counts in maps. I vividly recall hearing some fellas on YouTube at launch complain about the lack of ammo on UV. That wasn't the experience I had at all though: ammo is sufficient and there are generally plenty of cacos around barons, making it easy to get some infighting. I guess you could mess it up if you're not going for secrets...? I actually had more trouble with the McGee on Romero maps in E4 (though I'm gonna chalk that one up to being less experienced with the game back when I first played them). Also: thoughts on SIGIL? I had a blast in my two playthroughs and it has easily become one of my favorite Doom 1 megawads since. MIDIs' by Jimmy are S tier, and I do love the alternate Buckethead tracks as well. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
